do after sketching out layouts all morning i wanted to try one out mini style

the height of the boxes represent the suns movement and the angle of the boxes represent the shadows cast at that point of the day

basically the lowest boxes at the edges are early in the morning and late in the evening so longer shadows are cast so the boxes are flat

the middle box represents noon when the sun is at its highest point and the shadows are short this is why the box is angled the most 

the art straws are there as a hub and main point so hold it together still undecided as to whether to create shadows within the boxes as well as this could over complicate it but if i did the center of the straws would be the light source and the light would be carried to the boxes through the straws

im next going to look into what colour to have the boxes and will look into albers and rothko for inspiration

as ones more mathical and the other about emotions which i want both in my piece
